What we treat
Most people come to us with pain that has a mechanical cause: something is stiff, weak, overloaded or badly coordinated. That includes low back pain and disc problems, neck pain and headaches that start in the neck, shoulder impingement and frozen shoulder, tennis and golfer's elbow, hip and knee pain, and plantar fasciitis.
We also run post-operative rehabilitation after knee, hip and shoulder surgery, and neurological rehabilitation after stroke or nerve injury.
How a course of treatment works
The first visit establishes what is actually driving your symptoms, which is often not where the pain is. From there you get a plan with a realistic number of sessions and a small set of exercises to do between them.
Treatment usually combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and where it helps, dry needling, cupping, taping or one of the clinic's therapeutic devices. When those techniques are part of your physical therapy plan, they are included in the session price rather than billed on top.

Frequently asked questions
- Do your physiotherapists speak English?
- Yes. Assessment, treatment and your home exercise programme are all delivered in English, and you get your exercise plan written in English.
- Do I need a referral or a diagnosis first?
- No. You can book directly. If you already have imaging or a specialist report, bring it, but it is not required to start.
- What happens in the first session?
- A history of the problem, physical testing of movement and strength, and a treatment plan. Treatment starts in the same session, so you are not paying for an assessment appointment on its own.
- How long is a session?
- 45 to 60 minutes, including the assessment on your first visit.
- How soon will I feel a difference?
- Acute muscle and joint problems often improve within 3 to 5 sessions. Chronic conditions and post-operative recovery usually need 8 to 12 sessions alongside exercises you do at home.
